If you buy a PDF book or printable directly from this site and it's not what you hoped, you have 7 days from purchase to ask for a full refund. No essay required — a one-line reply to your receipt email is plenty. Because these are instant downloads, I trust you to delete your copy once a refund is issued.
Just reply to the receipt email you received at checkout, or write to hello@chaos2calm4mom.com with the email address you used to buy. I aim to reply within a few days (I'm a mom, so "a few days" is doing its best), and refunds go back to your original payment method.
Kindle and paperback editions are sold and shipped by Amazon, so Amazon's return and refund policy applies to those — not this one. Kindle purchases can usually be returned through your Amazon account within Amazon's stated window, and paperback returns follow Amazon's standard process.
Bundles bought directly here are covered by the same 7-day guarantee, applied to the bundle as a whole.
