I'm a mom too, and I hate having my inbox sold and my data scattered everywhere as much as you do. This page explains, in plain language, what I collect, why, and what's yours to control. If anything here is unclear, email me at hello@chaos2calm4mom.com and I'll answer personally.

Who runs this site

Chaos2Calm4Mom ("we," "us," "I," or "Drea") operates the website at chaos2calm4mom.com and the products, printables, books, and emails offered through it.

What I collect

Information you give me

• Your email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or request a free printable like the 5-Minute Morning Reset.
• Your name and message — when you use the contact form or the "Share Your Journey" form. Sharing your name is always optional.
• Order and billing details — if you buy a product, payment is processed by a secure third-party provider. I receive confirmation of your purchase and the email tied to it, but I never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics — pages visited, general location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you found the site. This is aggregated and helps me understand what's actually useful.
• Cookies — small files that keep the site working and measure traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; some features may then work less smoothly.

How I use it

• To send you the free resource you asked for.
• To send the weekly newsletter — one email a week — which you can leave anytime.
• To fulfill and support any orders you place.
• To reply to your messages.
• To understand which content helps so I can make more of it.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

The tools that help run this site

Like most small businesses, I rely on trusted services to operate — for example an email platform to send the newsletter, a payment processor to handle purchases, and an analytics tool to measure traffic. These providers only receive the information needed to do their job and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Email and your choices

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list — no hard feelings, no hoops. You can also email me to be removed or to ask what information I have on file.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Children's privacy

This site is written for parents and is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. Fittingly for a family-conscious brand: we don't share our own children's names, faces, or stories online either.

How your information is protected

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payment data is handled entirely by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but I treat your details with the same care I'd want for my own.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page. Meaningful changes for newsletter subscribers will be noted by email.
